I am currently based in Melbourne, but I am travelling all over Australia to capture weddings/events.
Once you have an idea of which package you would prefer, shoot us a message so we can discuss your day further. We will send through a contract, which needs to be signed before receiving an invoice. From here, we require a 20% deposit for secure your event. The remaining fees will be due a week prior. Each package includes a pre-event phone or video call (date/time of your choice) to discuss what you want to get out of the day.
It will take up to 5 weeks to receive your images and footage. Keeping in mind that you may receive these sooner.
If the package you want does not include printing of your photos, there is an option to get these developed on the contract. These will be sent via mail.
Most of the time, there will only be the one shooter. If a second shooter is required due to the amount of footage required, we will inform you as soon as possible. We want your day to be captured perfectly, so we will do everything to make it magical and this may include bringing an extra photographer to assist.
Travel fees have not been allowed for, meaning, extra charges of appox. $10/hr will be added to the final cost. If you have any questions regarding this, let us know.
Absolutely. The pre-event phone call will include discussing the music style you are looking to have with your video. We want the footage to be specialised to the vibes you are after.
